SHIPPING
Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Tuesday - Saturday).
To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, you can select ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout and your parcel will be left at the delivery address.
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak sale periods, due to wild weather, or due to Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events. Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.
RETURNS
If an item is found to have a defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and you may return new items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
